There comes a time in a few Occupant’s lives where they find themselves on the wrong side of the Security team. For some, this is a regular stop while others learn from their mistakes and either grow as a person, or become a lot smarter about their activities. 

If you find yourself in the Brig, you will have the following restrictions (out of game):

1. You are not allowed to use Essex for any reason unless given OOG permission by a staff member (this will not interfere with you ‘defending’ yourself, as that happens later). 
2. You are not allowed to use technology to communicate with other players about in-game things.
3. We encourage you not to use your phone for oog reasons.

On an in-game level, you have a few options when put in the Brig:

1. Pay the fine associated with your crime to be released immediately
2. Spend time in the Brig until your trial is over
