Solicitations are similar to ‘open requests’. They can take several different themes, but ultimately, it’s a post by someone or a group of someone’s looking for something.

All Occupants can browse the Solicitations board, but if you have the “Solicitor” License equipped to your Grid during an Assembly, you will be able to post your own Solicitations.

The two screenshots above show what every Occupant sees (left) and what an Occupant with the Solicitor License sees (right). The only differences are the “Post Solicitation” button at the bottom and the “View your posted Solicitations” button at the top.

If you have the “Solicitor” License equipped to your Grid during an Assembly, you will have the option of posting your own Solicitations that every Occupant (including non-player characters (NPCs)) will be able to see. When viewing the Solicitations, you can tap on the “Post Solicitation” button. You’ll see the following:

Simply fill out the form and click “Post Solicitation”.

Keep in mind, when you make your post, the post will go into an Out-of-Game review process. We will verify that the post does not contain any inappropriate material that would be concerning on an out-of-game level.

Once that review is complete, there will be an in-game review process. This means that an NPC (likely a senior staff member) will review the post as if they were an Empire official. They will take a look at your post and determine if it contains any anti-imperial sentiments or material that would be concerning to the in-game legal authorities. They will provide a final approval and, depending on what you tried to post, the Solicitation may become public for everyone (again, INCLUDING NPCs) to see.

At this time, there is no way for Occupants to hide a Solicitation from anyone. It’s like trying to post in your local newspaper but insist that only your secret cabal of conspirators read the article.

Once you have posted your Solicitation, you can review it to see the status:

Once your request has been fulfilled, you may press on the “Close Solicitation” button to remove it from public view. It will still be visible in your posted Solicitations section.
